Suddenly…
I feel the void inside,
Feel like been lost,
Want to cry out loud,
Uproot and crush my heart,
Scream till the pain fades,
But, I’m afraid.
People only see me growl,
But not the scars on my face,
I was adrift with drool,
Chased glimpses of a blaze,
Of the stars and moons,
With a hope of tenderness and love,
But
I’m not a rover, I’m just homeless.
Looking for a shelter, to stay, forever.
I’m not a hunter, I’m just a stray.
But Now I’m tired, of the restless treks.
I’m not giving up, but it’s just enough.
I’ll wait, beside this forsaken road,
Till you find and take me… “home”
